I made a MERMAID GIRL OHOHOHO!!! I love mermaids... like, so much. ;;
Anyways this is my new mermaid character named Nelu.

I got the inspiration to make her after playing this song on osu.<3 [link]

Obviously she was influenced by a lot of character's looks, but mostly Black Lady from sailor moon. Hence the hair.~
